"Kara Skirt" is a Black and multi coloured mermaid cut flamenco skirt with 5 ruffles.

The base is a lycra based black fabric and feels wonderful to dance in, with prefect softness against the skin and enough weight for beautiful turns and to to hold its lovely shape in dances with less movement and an amazing give when you kick or turn or move about. 

The ruffles are cut in a diagonal line on the front. So when posing still, facing the audience, the ruffles sit diagonally across.

The ruffles are a multitude of fabrics and basically sky is the limit in what colours and patterns you may want to put together.  Each ruffle is finished with bias tape edging which gives the ruffles a very flattering and highly polished look.
